How Can I Help?

I’m Kat, a former nurse and experienced therapist with a collection of tools that I can use as single or combined therapies.  I’m a Reflexologist, Hypnotherapist and Mind Coach with a special interest and training in all aspects of female health.

I have specialist training in Fertility, Pregnancy as well as my own health experiences and research relative to perimenopause I’ve been supporting women in navigating their health and well-being challenges for over 10 years.

There doesn’t have to be anything specific, sometimes just taking time out for you and your own health and well being is what you need.

Be Heard, Be Seen

When you experience any health or wellbeing concern or physical or emotional challenge, you can feel like a rabbit in headlights.

Often there is no support, help or more often education and understanding. The conventional medical route is short sighted and fails to consider the body as a whole, let alone the mind and body connection.

Treating separate symptoms rather than addressing the route cause is al to often our modern medical approach.  Well, I say modern it is still based on the same principles as the time of Hippocrates, a physician who died 370 BC.

Be Understood

We are not a collection of body system each working independently, but a rather a beautiful complex system with each body system interacting and affecting others.

As a mammal, if  you sense danger, and without predators, nowadays this is in effect stress, anxiety, worry, being so so busy, your body is working in survival mode and non-vital systems such as immunity, metabolism, digestion, reproduction take a back seat, because the first job is to survive.
