Making change isn’t as easy as it should be is it?
We often know what we need to do, for example to lose weight, but we often can’t. When you really want something surely that’s enough but it’s not is it?
There are a number of reasons why the change isn’t easy, and I can help you unlock those, help you make those changes and you’ll be amazed at how easy it becomes.

Hypnotherapy provides a connection between the mind and body and helps to allow you to make changes which seem in many ways to be caused by your overthinking conscious mind. But really its your sub conscious mind that is blocking the changes, often due to a limiting belief that developed many years ago, often something that we don't remember, and mostly because it was a tiny thing that perhaps seems inconsequential to us now, of no significance at all. But our wonderful mind has stored this information and as a protective measure will not allow you to be in this position again. An example of this is commonly the fear of public speaking, phobias, health anxiety and more.
Have you tried to lose weight, but even tough you know that really its a simple process, you eat less and you move more, you just cant make or stick to those changes? You really want to, for many reasons, including health, appearance and self confidence but there's a part of you that sabotages it? Well that part is protecting you, and again it can be for the smallest of reasons, but significant to have stayed with you and although the result is sabotage, its purpose was always to keep you happy.
What Hypnotherapy isn't
Hypnotherapy is often confused with stage hypnosis, We've all I'm sure seen audience members on the stage eating onions, or barking like a dog. Well that's not hypnotherapy.
Hypnotherapy is not mind Control nor is it Mumbo Jumbo.
What is Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy is backed with scientific research and is a genuine psychological therapy process. It works with you in a relaxed state. This is referred to as a 'trance' state, similar to that just before you go to sleep amd just before you wake. For some clients this is a gently relaxed state, but most importantly, you are at all times in control and able to converse.
This relaxed state quietens the thinking mind and allows your sub conscious mind free speech.
